iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 fix the Safari issue, as described by 9to5Mac, as well as details on Apple's support page for ColorSync, iCloud, and other software. Don't expect any new features, as these software updates fix only a few existing issues.
Like all other iOS 15 updates, iOS 15.3 is available for free and compatible Apple devices: iPhone 6S and later iPhone SE (2016) and iPod Touch (7th generation). Similarly, iPadOS 15.3 is free and compatible with these tablets and later: iPad (5th generation), iPad Pro (all models), iPad Mini 4, and iPad Air 2.
To update your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings App> General> Software Update and tap Install Now.
Apple has begun rolling out WatchOS 8.4 in an unrelated update for Apple Watch users that fixes bugs and improves performance. To update your Apple Watch, go to Settings App> General> Software Update or do the same via the Watch Mobile app on your paired iPhone.

The Apple Watch Series 7 introduces a larger screen with a QWERTY keyboard for the first time, new color options, faster charging and improved durability for the same price as the discontinued Series 6. Both the 41mm and 44mm models are selling on Amazon for the biggest discounts we've seen. You can also save $30 on the midrange Watch SE, which has many of the same features as the Series 7 but is slightly smaller and lacks an always-on display, blood oxygen saturation measurements, and the ability to take electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) measurements. For both the Series 7 and Watch SE, you may need to seek out certain colors to snag the lowest price.
The Watch Series 3 is still available and at deep discounts, but it's so old at this point that it's tough to recommend.

The Watch SE starts at $279 and boasts a more powerful processor and a Retina display that's 30% larger than the one on the much older Series 3. You can get it at a $30 discount at Amazon right now in some colors.
